LeeVanSchaick, Pallas
Pallas LeeVanSchaick is a Vice President at Potomac Economics with experience in analyzing deregulated markets and market power issues, and developing market monitoring and mitigation software. He is the Director of the Market Monitoring Unit of the New York ISO and the Director of the Market Monitoring Unit for the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative. He has also co-authored a number of studies on deregulated electricity markets in Texas, New England, and New York. Pallas holds a Ph.D. in economics from George Mason University with concentrations in experimental economics and economic systems design.
